Successful candidate would be responsible for identifying, building and maintaining strong partnerships with economic development entities and workforce development agencies. Supporting customers in identifying challenges or barriers that might hinder employability, and assist in identifying services, supports, or referrals to community resources. Support staff to integrate and strengthen employment and career-building goals into their recruiting practices and provide training to customers around workforce development and employment opportunities for candidates. Coordinate and lead career services workshop programming, including outreach, implementation, and evaluation of the workshops. Conduct workshops, presentations, or other training and outreach activities for customers. Assist in the creation of career development training materials and resources for customers. Other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Director in response to a rapidly changing environment.

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline plus a minimum of 8 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Master's degree and 6 years relevant experience. Candidate must have experience in Workforce Development.
